Privacy Policy
Short version: Neubo does not collect your personal data. Check-ins, feelings, notes, and practice history stay on your iPhone. We do not run accounts, analytics, advertising, or cloud sync.
1. Who we are
Neubo is a general wellness iOS app published by Safrow. It helps you notice how you feel and run short self-guided practices. Neubo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Website: neubo.safrow.com
2. Scope
This policy applies to the Neubo iOS application and to this website
(neubo.safrow.com), including pages used to meet Apple App Store requirements
(privacy policy and terms).
3. Data we collect
We do not collect personal data through the Neubo app.
In particular, Neubo does not:
- Require an account, sign-in, or email address to use the app
- Transmit check-ins, mood labels, intensity values, notes, or practice history off your device
- Use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporters, or tracking pixels
- Use HealthKit, motion sensors, microphone, camera, or location for wellness features
- Sell, share, or broker user data
On the App Store privacy label, Neubo is intended to be declared as Data Not Collected, consistent with this design.
4. What stays on your device
Information you enter in Neubo (for example mood check-ins, optional notes, and practice sessions) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage (SwiftData / local database). That information is under your control on your iPhone.
You can remove it by deleting the app (which deletes the app’s local data) or by using any in-app export/delete options we may provide.
5. Optional system features
If you enable reminders / local notifications, iOS may show scheduled notifications on your device. Notification scheduling is handled by the operating system on device. We do not receive the content of those reminders on a server.
If you open an external link from the app (for example this privacy policy, email contact, or a helpline directory), that destination is opened outside the app (Safari, Mail, etc.) and is subject to that destination’s own terms and privacy practices.
6. Website
This marketing and legal website is static content. We do not use the site to collect mood or health information. If the hosting provider logs standard technical request data (such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps) for security and operations, that processing is performed by the host as a service provider and is not used by us to profile wellness data.
If you email us at contact@safrow.com, we receive the content of your message and any information you choose to include (for example app version in the subject line). We use that only to respond to your request and to support the product.
7. Children
Neubo is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us by email, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International users
Because app data is stored only on your device, there is no Neubo cloud transfer of check-in data. If you contact us by email, your message may be processed where we operate our support inbox.
9. Your choices
- Do not use the app if you do not want local wellness entries on your device.
- Delete the app to remove local app data stored in the app container.
- Disable notifications in iOS Settings if you enabled reminders.
- Contact us at contact@safrow.com for privacy questions.
10. Changes
If Neubo’s privacy practices change (for example if we ever add optional cloud features or analytics), we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before shipping that change. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
